Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken


This recipe literally has only 2 ingredients. Moist bites of shredded chicken flavored with a light balsamic dressing.

It would taste great in a salad…


topping a baked potato…

in a taco

…the possibilities are endless.

The recipe calls for chicken thighs (which I am not fond of) so I would substitute chicken breasts. To each his own!

    What herb did you put on the chicken in the pictures?

    1. Hi,

      The herb is flat leaf parsley. It is there to give the dish some color and doesn’t really add to the taste (at least in my opinion).
